Objective:This subject based on related research about the cytokines IL-15, IL-2, IFN-y, and selected patients who were dianoglised for the first time with pulmonary tuberculosis and bronchial tuberculosis as the main research object, mainly through the detection of these cytokines concentration in the serum and changes between them before treatment, after one month’s treatment, and after two months’treatment, study the systemic IL-15, IL-2, IFN-levels from the patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and their relationships, as well as the evaluation of clinical efficacy and prognosis, to provide the basis for the cytokine therapy. Methods:At the Department of Pulmonary Center in ChangSha central hospital from2013.9to2014.2, there were35patients as the experimental group, who were diagnosed with pulmonary tuberculosis and bronchial tuberculosis for the first time, while30healthy volunteers as the control group from the Health Management Center in ChangSha central hospital at the same time. The blood specimens from the experimental group, were collected respectively at the time of admission, a month later and two month later. The clinical data and laboratory data about the experimental group, including the name, gender, age, diagnosis, bacterial examination, imaging data and so on, should be collected. Similarly, the blood specimens from the control group were collected when seeing a doctor and record the basic information as well as the Chest X-ray results. This experiment adopted the ELISA method commonly used to detect the levels of IL-2, IL-15and IFN-γ in the blood specimens.Results:1.According to the independent samples t test, the serum IL-15, IL-2, IFN-γ levels of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis in experimental group were higher than their serum levels in the healthy control group, statistically differences between the two groups was significant (P<0.05).2.Before treatment the serum IL-15, IL-2, IFN-γ levels of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis have no significant correlation between them, there was no statistical significance (P>0.05).3.There was no significant change between the serum IL-15, IL-2, IFN-γ levels of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis before treatment and the serum levels of those after one month’s treatment, there was no statistical significance (P>0.05). The serum IL-15, IL-2, IFN-γ levels of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis before treatment and the serum IL-15,IL-2, IFN-γ levels of those after one month’s treatment were higher than the serum levels of those patients after two months’treatment, statistically differences between the two groups was significant (P<0.05).4. Through the lavage fluid, chest CT and electronic bronchoscope, comprehensively evaluate one month’s and two months’curative effect in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and bronchial tuberculosis treated by systemic chemotherapy and bronchoscopic treatment, and the effect was significant.Conclusion:1. Detection of serum IL-15,IL-2, IFN-levels is helpful to the diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis, and detection of these cytokines in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid will be more meaningful.2. Detection the levels of IL-15,IL-2, IFN-γ in serum can diagnose the disease and judge the clinical outcome.1figure,4tables,42references.
