| Objectives:This paper aims to investigate the relationships offibrinogen(Fg),lipoprotein(a)(Lp(a)) and high-sensitivity C-reactiveprotein(hs-CRP) levels to the type and degree of coronary heartdisease(CHD) by detecting Fg,Lp(a) and hs-CRP in blood plasma. Methods:All the cases of patients were divided into two groups: normalcontrol group(NC group) and coronary heart disease group (CHDgroup). There were54cases in the NC groups, which had29male cases and25female cases, with an average age of (60.94±11.29),and152cases inthe CHD group, which had103male cases and49female cases, with anaverage age of (63.71±10.47).The CHD group was classified further asacute myocardial infarction(AMI) sub-group,which had34males and13females,with an average age of (61.89±13.07),and unstable anginapectoris(UA) sub-group,which had53males and20females, with anaverage age of (64.93±8.93),and stable angina pectoris(SA)sub-group,which had16males and16females, with an average age of(66.72±9.42).Based on the results of coronary angiography, the CHD group was categorized as single branch group, double branch group andmultiple branch group,in which there were36,33and82cases respectively.In206cases of all selected objects, measurements of Fg levels werecarried out by Clauss method,Lp(a) levels were carried out by ITA methodand hs-CRP were carried out by latex enhanced immune transmissionturbidimetric method.Baced on the data obtained from the measurements, thedifferences of plasma Fg levels,Lp(a) levels and hs-CRP levels among allCHD sub-groups and normal control group were analyzed statistically indetail by SPSS Version13.0for Windows.Results:①Respectively compared with normal control group, the Fglevels of CHD group,AMI sub-group and multiple branch group were higher.Fg levels were2.78±0.64g/L,3.10±0.82g/L,3.30±0.92g/L,3.20±0.81g/Lrespectively.The differences were statistically significant because of a Pvalue of less than0.05. While the differences among SA sub-group,UAsub-group and AMI sub-group, single branch group, double branch groupand multiple branch group were not statistically significant because of a Pvalue of more than0.05.②Respectively compared with normal control group, the Lp(a) levels of CHD group,AMI sub-group and multiple branch group were higher. Lp(a) levels were306.04±228.82mg/L,438.25±512.34mg/L,534.02±592.54mg/L,514.61±632.13mg/L respectively. The differences were statistically significant because of a P value of less than0.05. Compared wi th SA sub-group, the Lp(a) levels of AMI sub-group was higher. Lp(a)levels were302.62±250.87mg/L and534.02±592.54mg/L. The difference was statistically significant because of a P value of less than0.05.While the differences between SA sub-group and UA sub-group, UA sub-group and AMI sub-group,single branch group, double branch group and multiple branch group were not statistically significant because of aP value of more than0.05.③Compared with normal control group, the hs-CRP level of multiplebranch group was higher. The hs-level were3.90±6.29mg/L and6.55±7.24mg/L. Compared with SA sub-group, the hs-CRP level of AMI sub-groupwas higher. The hs-CRP level were3.23±5.99mg/L and9.24±8.01mg/L.Compared with UA sub-group, the hs-CRP level of AMI sub-group washigher. The hs-level were4.37±6.48mg/L and9.24±8.01mg/L. All thedifferences were statistically significant because of a P value of less than0.05. While the differences between normal control group and CHDgroup,SA sub-group and UA sub-group, single branch group, double branchgroup and multiple branch group were not statistically significant because ofa P value of more than0.05.Conclusions:①Fg plays a crucial role in the pathogenesis of CHD,andit is one of the CHD risk factors. It may have predictive value to theoccurrence and development of CHD.②The rise of Lp(a) may be an independent predictor of CHD and AMI.It may reduce major coronary events by lowing the level of Lp(a).③Hs-CRP is associated with AMI and the degree of coronary arterylesions. It may be a predictor of future cardiovascular events in the patients ofCHD.④The detection of Fg, Lp(a) and hs-CRP simultaneously is helpful todetect coronary heart disease patients early. It may predict the severity ofcoronary artery lesion, and has a predictive value of acute myocardialinfarction. |
