The compulsive control disorders in parkinson disease indicate thebehavioral disturbances in which a person fails to resist the drive to behavein ways that result in distress or impaired social and occupationalfunctioning. Regardless of the consequences. Previously, the patient shouldhave already been diagnosed with Parkinson`s disease.The ICDs appearedin PD like pathological gambling, hypersexuality, compulsvie shopping andcompulsive eating. The onset of the ICDs has been concerned with thedopamine replacement treatment. Especially the use of the dopamineagonists. The morbidity of the ICDs was verified to have a relationshipwith the gender, parkinson`s disease onset age,depression,thenovelty-seeking traits,etc. Reducing of the dopaminergic drug, deepbrain stimulation and the cognitive behavioral therapy can be the treatmentof the ICDs. For the further study of the ICDs in Parkinson`s disease, thispaper was written by collecting some some related literature at home andabroad.
