Coronary revascularization should follow the objective evidence ofmyocardial ischemia in treatment of coronary heart disease. FFR(fractionalflow reserve)has been used as a better indicator of actual coronaryperfusion in recent years. Many clinical studies indicate that FFR plays animportant role in PCI (Percutaneous Coronary Intervention) or CABG(Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting), especially helpful in ischemicevaluation for patients with intermediatecoronary lesion and some specialcoronary lesion.
