Objective:This study is to make into the value of fractional flowreserve-guided percutaneous coronary intervention in patients with diffusedcoronary lesions.Methods:Assigned51patients with diffused coronary lesions to undergoPCI with implantation of drug—eluting stents guided by angiographyalone(conventional group) or guided by FFR measurements in addition toangiography(FFR group).Lesions requiring PCI were identified on the basisof their angiographic appearance。The primary end point was the rate ofdeath, nonfatal myocardial infarction and repeatrevascularization at1year.The second end point was the number ofimplanted stents, the Economic Evaluation and time of hospitalization。Results: Compared with Conventional group, The number of stents usedper patient was0.1205±0.3416and1.9714±0.5137,The average hospitalcostsrespectivel was41341.75±19445.26yuan and78680.2±26352.46yuan,The average hospital stay was11.8125±3.08days and11.8857±5.94days,readmission rates was11.25%and8.75%.FFR group have lower numbers ofstents and hospital costs, but there is no difference in Hospital stay and theincidence of MACE。Conclusion:1、The FFR guided percutaneous coronary intervention is a reliable、safe and effective strategy in management the diffused coronary stenosis lesion.2、angiography can not utterly assess the actual ischemic1esions。3、FFR-guided PCI treatment compared with conventional treatment hasno effect on the medium-term prognosis.
