Research Of Electro Acupuncture Therapy Effect And Impact On Independent Defecation And Stool Shapes Of Severe Functional Constipation Patients

Objective:This research through severe patients with functional constipation after electro-acupuncture treatment completely all of our (CSBM) defecate number, autonomous defecation (SBM), BRISTOL stool characteristics improve score, evaluate the effectiveness of electro-acupuncture treatment severe functional constipation, namely, the curative effect is better than the false electric-acupuncture group (sham EA), in order to make clear the treatment effect of electric-acupuncture.Methodology:Using stratified randomization method, The center as stratification factors, according to the ratio of1:1,60subjects were randomly assigned to electro acupuncture group and sham acupuncture group,30cases each group. EA group:acupoints: bilateral Tianshu, abdominal junction, shangjuxu. Tianshu and abdominal knot, with2～3inch stainless steel needle vertical deep needling, until the parietal peritoneum, no insertion and twisting, the needle handle respectively transverse connection electric acupuncture apparatus electrode on bilateral Tianshu and abdominal knot.30minutes each time the needle for two weeks before treatment,5times a week, every acupuncture1times; after6weeks of treatment3times a week, every other day EA1; continuous treatment for8weeks, a total of28therapy. Control group:acupoints:bilateral Tianshu Shangjuxu, beside abdominal paranodal, non points beside.(Location:Tianshu side:Tianshu point level by1inch minutes each time the needle for two weeks before treatment,5times a week, every acupuncture1times; after6weeks of treatment3times a week, every other day EA1; continuous treatment for8weeks, a total of28therapy. Control group:acupoints:bilateral Tianshu Shangjuxu, beside abdominal paranodal, non-points beside.(Location:Tianshu side:Tianshu point side away by1inch, Spleen and stomach midpoint; abdominal paranodal:abdominal knot level by1inches, spleen and stomach midpoint Shangjuxu point level; Shangjuxu side:side, stomach and gallbladder midpoint) Operation method:supine, routine disinfection of skin.1inch stainless steel needle use, into the0.3inch-0.5inch (needle body connected with electro-acupuncture line can erect for the degree), no insertion and twisting, then connect the electric acupuncture apparatus special power line electrode in the bilateral Tianshu side and ventral node non points beside the needle handle, the frequency of15Hz, the strength of the current in0.5ma. Special power line as the middle wire cut, looks as normal; electro acupuncture instrument display is connected to the state, but the actual without electricity; frequency, period of treatment as experimental group.Results:Electric-acupuncture group CSBM average increasing average, SBM, Bristol traits including score significantly higher than sham group (P<0.01), and at the same time the difficulty rating of electric acupuncture group added value is negative, including significantly lower than that of sham group.Conclusion:1Electro-acupuncture can proved good clinical effect on functional constipation.2Electro-acupuncture can significantly improve the defecation frequency of severe patients with functional constipation, improve their stool shapes.
