Ruyi Plaster External Treatment Combined With Conventional Western Medicine Treatment Of Acute Pancreatitis Clinical Curative Effect Observation

Objective:1. To explore the traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on the understanding of the concept and the pathogenesis of acute pancreatitis.2. To explore the best plaster external treatment combined with conventional western medicine treatment the clinical curative effect of acute pancreatitis.Method:Randomly selected from February2010to our hospital in December2013,72cases of patients with acute pancreatitis, the36patients randomly divided into observation group, control group36cases, control group patients’ continued fasting, gastrointestinal decompression, acetanilide spasmolysis, supplement of blood capacity, maintain water, electrolyte and acid-base balance, somatostatin inhibiting pancreas and proton pump inhibitors, reasonable use of antibiotics and nutrition support symptomatic treatment, etc. Given on the basis of the observation group of patients with symptomatic treatment with ruyi plaster external treatment. On two groups of patients with clinical symptoms (abdominal pain abdominal distention, nausea, vomiting, Exhaust defecation, etc.) when ease of close observation, at the same time for1week after treatment in patients with blood and urine amylase, lipase,leukocyte is reviewed and compared.Results:The observation group (86.11%) of patients with clinical total effective rate was significantly higher than the control group after1week (80.56%)(X2=5.124,P<0.05); Observation group of patients with the disappearance of the Exhaust defecation, nausea, vomiting and abdominal pain abdominal distension reliefed obviously earlier than the control group (P<0.05); The blood of the observation group, urinary amylase and leukocyte recovery time was earlier than the control group (P<0.05); Hospitalization days of observation group was obviously shorter than the control group patients’ hospitalization days (P<0.05), the difference had statistical significance.Conclusion:The best plaster external treatment combined with regular western medicine treatment of clinical treatment of patients with acute pancreatitis had increased efficiently, shortened the time to alleviate clinical symptoms and laboratory indexes, shorten the hospitalization days, was worthy of wide application in the clinical practice.
