| Objective:This study investigates the Xinjiang Uygur, Han internal carotid art ery occlusion (Internal Carotid Artery Occlusion, ICAO) analysis of the patient’s risk factors for carotid artery occlusion depth understanding and provide the basis for prevention methods. Methods:Collect and select from January2009to August2013at the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University, Department of Neu rology and Neurosurgery after full cerebral angiography (Digital Subtract Angiograp hy, DSA) examination confirmed clear of the internal carotid artery occlusion136patients, of which72cases Uygur, Han64cases, using the principles of randomi zed controlled random examination of the medical center at the hospital110cases (no internal carotid artery occlusion) age-matched population, of which62cases U ygur, Han48cases, the Uighur occlusion and Han ethnic groups were set up and control groups for risk factor analysis, and multivariate Logistic regression analysis. Results:In the Han groups:Univariate analysis showed a correlation (P<0.05) bet ween high blood pressure, triglyceride (TG), age, history of stroke, diabetes, smoki ng and ICAO, multivariate Logistic regression analysis The results showed that:hy pertension, smoking, diabetes, triglyceride (TG) can increase the risk of ICAO (OR values were:2.043,1.675,1.487,1.175, all P<0.05).2Uighur groups:Univariate ana lysis showed:BMI, total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein (LDL-C), diabetes, hypertension, smoking, drinking and ICAO correlated (P<0.05) between. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed:hypertension, smoking, to tal cholesterol (TC), low-density lipoprotein (LDL-C), diabetes, BMI increases the r isk of ICAO (OR values were:3.073,2.973,2.464,2.452,2.375,1.194, all P<0.05). Conclusion:In the Han population hypertension, history of stroke, smoking, diabet es, triglyceride (TG)is a risk factor for ICAO. Uighur population in hypertension, s moking, total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), diabetes, BMI is a risk factor of ICAO. |
