Objective:Retrospectively analyze the effect of radiofrequency catheter ablation (RFCA) of atrioventricular reentrant tachycardia, and summarizes the age distribution of the characteristics and the distribution characteristics of the accessory pathway, RFCA treatment and the incidence of complications, and provide practical reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods:Cases of atrioventricular reentrant tachycardia treated by radiofrequency catheter ablation are collected in the ward of Heart Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from the year2003to2011. Retrospectively analyze its gender,age distribution,ablation target and so on.Results:Retrospectively analyze606cases of atrioventricular reentrant tachycardia,age are40.5±15.1years old.381males,225females.The Han are456cases, the Uyghur90cases,the Kazak24cases,the Hui23cases,the Kirgiz5cases, Mongolian5cases, Daur2cases, Manchu1case.The left accessory pathways are478,right accessory pathways120,His bundle accessory pathways24. Most of the cases had single accessory pathway(383cases),left double accessory pathways12cases,right double accessory pathways2cases, left and right side distribution dual accessory pathways8cases, three accessory pathways1case.After intracardiac electrophysiological mapping and ablation target location,accessory pathways in left anterior lateral is246,left lateral115,left posterior lateral14,left anterior septal3,left posterior septal100,right anterior lateral2,right lateral34,right posterior lateral16,right anterior septal3,right middle septal2,right posterior septal63.Successfully treated with catheter ablation of the left accessory pathway in the first time is455cases(97.8%),10cases fall in the first ablation,8cases successfully treated in the second ablation,2cases fall in second ablation.The ultimate success rate was99.6%.Successfully treated with catheter ablation of the right accessory pathway in the first time is110cases(93.2%),7cases successfully treated in the second ablation,1cases fall in second ablation,1case successfully treated in third ablation.The ultimate success rate was100%. As to success rate of radiofrequency catheter ablation for the first time,the left accessory pathway was significantly higher than the right,and it has statistical significance(P<0.01). Contrasting the left with the right,the ultimate success rate has not statistical significance(P>0.1).In operarion,there is1case with third degree A-V block,finally implanting permanent pacemaker. There is1case with pericardial tamponade and pericardiocentesis.Due to the variation of the right subclavian vein blood vessels,there is1case with pneumothorax in the puncture process. No death case.Conclusion:RFCA of atrioventricular aceessory pathway and atrioventricular reentrant tachycardia is safe and effective.
