Objective Retrospective analysis of the data of patients with paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia treated by radiofrequency ablation in Ning Xia Medical General Hospital from 2012 to 2016.Method Summary analysis of the Ning Xia Medical General Hospital in 543 cases with PSVT and RFCA,and compare the differences in age,gender,AVRT/AVNRT,risk factors logistic regression of recurrence.Result1.There were 543 patients with paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia treated with RFCA,more males than females had more paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia than patients with AVNRT,and the left accessory pathway of AVRT was more common.2.Compared with children,AVRT was more common in adults and AVNRT in children.AVRT was more common in left accessory pathways in both groups, and the percentage of AVRT dominant accessory pathways in children was higher than that in adults. The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in the success rate, power, temperature and time of X-ray exposure of RFCA between the two groups(P > 0.05).3.Compared with female patients,AVRT was more common in male patients and AVNRT was more common in male patients. The AVRT in both groups was mainly left accessory pathway and recessive. The overall success rate of male patients was higher than that of female patients(P < 0.05).The recurrence rate and power of the two groups weresignificantly higher than that of female patients(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in temperature, operation time and X-ray exposure time(P > 0.05).4.Compared with AVNRT,the average power and average X-ray exposure time of AVRT group were higher than that of AVNRT group(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in temperature, operation time, complication rate and complication rate between the two groups(P > 0.05).5.Multivariate logistic regression analysis was performed on recurrent factors after RFCA in patients with paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia. After adjusting for other clinical variables, the history of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia was more than 2.5years,which could be used as an independent factor to predict the recurrence of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia after RFCA treatment.Conclusion1.The recurrence rate and complication rate of adults and children were higher than those of children.2.The overall success rate of male patients was higher than that of female patients.3.The history of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia greater than 2.5 years may be an independent risk factor for predicting recurrence after RFCA.
