| Objective:To study the disease pathogenesis of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus Patients with Thrombocytopenia, Discuss reticulated platelets(RP) in SLE merger thrombocytopenia disease of diagnosis and treatment in the clinical application value.Methods:10cases of immune thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) patients,8patients with aplastic anemia (AA) detection,55patients diagnosed with SLE patients and50cases of healthy check-up. By Sysmex XE-5000automatic blood cell analyzer immature platelet fraction(IPF%) and other peripheral blood cell parameters. According to the platelet count SLE patients were divided into Platelet count group of42cases of normal and low platelet count set of13cases, low platelet count group of11cases of SLE patients treated before and after the inspection, And6cases of SLE patients with thrombocytopenia and9cases of SLE patients with normal platelet in the bone marrow megakaryocyte (MK) direct counting.Results:Immune thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) patients group of IPF%test results for (10.23+3.97)%compared with normal control group (2.74+1.05)%, The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), A group of patients with aplastic anemia (AA) of IPF%test results for (2.37+1.33)%compared with normal control group (2.74+1.05)%without significant difference (P>0.05).Group of patients with SLE and normal controls of IPF%test results respectively was (5.30±3.75)%ã€(2.74±1.05)%, both comparative difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); SLE associated with thrombocytopenia group of IPF%(10.14±3.66)%ã€PLT (67.2±13.5)×109/L, MPV (12.64±0.92) fl〠PDW(18.24±1.70)fl compared with normal control group and SLE did not reduce platelet group, The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); SLE associated with thrombocytopenia in patients with IPF%respectively before and after treatment was (9.76±1.82)%å’Œ(5.86±0.96)%, both comparative difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). MK rise(3/6)ã€MK normal (3/6) in SLE patients with low platelet count, MK rise(2/9)ã€MK reduce normal (3/9)ã€MK normal (4/9) in SLE patients with normal platelet count.Conclusion:The main cause of SLE patients with thrombocytopenia may be associated with peripheral blood platelet destruction, IPF%’s result can reflect the bone marrow platelet production, Help in the auxiliary diagnosis of disease and prognosis judgment. |
