| Objective:To investigate the method using LISS(less invasive stabilization system) plate and ordinary plate as internal fixed devices treatment for complex proximal tibial fractures.To evaluate the clinical efficacy, provide reference for surgical treatment.Method:From January2010to December2013,We collected the patients of proximal tibial fractures in total77cases, including of36patients of LISS plates,41patients of the ordinary plates.There are no significant differences in gender distribution,causes of injury,wound,age distribution,surgical preparation time and fracture type distribution between two group of patients. All of the patients were given conventional treatment during preoperative and postoperative.Result:All the patients were followed up.Which LISS group was followed up from6to38months(mean25months),while the other group was followed up from6to46months(mean32months).Comparing several of operative and postoperative index between LISS group and ordinary group,We take the conclusion that LISS plate has a greatly improvement to reduce the bleeding, speed the operation time and the clinical recovering time of cutting area and bone union and short the full-loading recovering time(P<0.05). Comparing about the clinical efficacy according to HSS (Hospital for Special Surgery scoring system) method, LISS plate is excellent in15cases,good in19cases,acceptable in2cases,and poor in0case,the good-excellent rate in94.44%;ordinary plate is excellent in11cases,good in21cases,acceptable in6cases and poor in3cases,the good-excellent rate in78.05%(P<0.05).After statistics and investigate,which reflects great obvious difference,and LISS plate is better in operated short-term clinical efficacy.ConcIusion:Using LISS plate is advantaged in making the operation simply,better for recovering and better for the function of the knee.It has provided a new treatment method for proximal tibial fractures,especially for the complex proximal tibial fractures which common methods are difficult to handle. |
