Observation Of Clinical Effect Of The Treating Hypertension (Phlegm Dampness Syndrome Type) By Catgut Embedding At Acupoint

Objective:The aim of study is discussing the clinical efficacy of the catgut embedding treatment of hypertension (Phlegm dampness syndrome type) and promoting the application and popularization of the new therapies at hypertension treatment. Methods: The60case were selected and divided into treatment group and control group. All case are accord with standard of obesity-related hypertension Phlegm dampness syndrome type ().Two kind of therapy are20days for one treatment course, undergo3treatment course, then do statistical analysis. Results:(1) After the3period of treatment.(60days), the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure are dropped significantly ((P<0.05)), respectively26.77mmHg and12.29mmHg in the treatment group. And the total efficiency was93.33%,while the total efficiency was93.33%in the control group, the difference of two group was significant ((P<0.05)).(2) The related parameters of obesity have decreased significantly ((P<0.05)).Weight reduced3.46kg, waistline reduced6.69cm, body fat rate was reduced by2.68%, BMI was reduced by2.78respectively in treatment group. The total efficiency of treat obesity was90%, while the total efficiency of treat obesity was6.67%in the control group, the difference of two group was significant.(3)The total integration of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) of treatment group reduced significantly.And the total efficiency was90%, while the total efficiency was6.67%in the control group. The difference of two groups was significant. So the former batter than the latter.(4) The blood lipid indicators are all dropped in a certain degree, and the TC lowered significantly (P<0.05) in the treatment group other indicators change was not significantly (P>0.05) While the blood lipid change indistinctively in the control group (P>0.05).GLU of two groups changed indistinctively.(5)For comprehensive curative effect about dropping blood pressure and lose weight, the total efficiency was96.67%in the treatment group,while the total efficiency was86.67%in the control group, the difference of two group was significant. So the former better than the latter. Conclusion: The acupoint catgut-embedding is good kind of way to treat the hypertension (Phlegm dampness syndrome type), which has good clinical effect. This therapeutic method can drop blood pressure and reduce weight, waistline, body fat rate and BMI significantly, and improve the clinical symptoms of hypertension significantly and better than the Simple drug treatment, his therapeutic method is safe and reliable.
