Analysis Of Gastroscope Examination Results Aboat Gastric Cancer And Precancerous In4826Cases Of Healthy Physical

Objective:to realize gastroscope in the importance of healthy people physical exaination and the significance in the early detection and early diagnosis of gastric carcinoma、precancerous lesions of gastric cancer.Methods:By reviewing from January2010to April2013for physical examination in the People’s Hospital Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region of Digestive endoscopy center line of gastroscopy healthy subjects,4826cases, statistical its gender,age,racial、the lesion detection rate and so on and so forth, for detection of gastric cancer and precancerous lesions in the crowd of gender, age, racial, location, pathological classification and correlation analysis.Results:In the physical examination of4826patients who underwent gastroscopy, check out the disease4460cases (92.42%), male,2447cases (54.87%), women,2013cases (45.13%),With1756cases of chronic atrophic gastritis (36.39%), gland atrophy,975cases,767cases with intestinal metaplasia, hyperplasia of14cases; Gastric polyps in366cases (7.58%), including inflammatory polyps in200cases,117cases of hyperplastic polyp, fundic gland polyps,41cases, tubular adenoma,6cases villous adenoma,2cases;Gastric ulcer,206cases (4.27%);27cases of gastric cancer, early gastric cancer,lcase.Pathological classification:25cases of adenocarcinoma and signet ring cell carcinoma,2cases. Conclusion:the healthy check-up of male disease detection rate was higher than female; Gastroscopy is screening healthy people an important means of gastric cancer and precancerous lesions, particularly for more than40people; healthy people should pay more attention to the status of gastroscopy in physical examination.
