| In recent years, violence conflicts and malignant injury incidents happened frequentlyin public hospitals of our country. This problem has aroused strong concern among peopleand medical staff. Apparently violent conflicts cause serious influences and seriousdamages, by building confrontation relations between doctors and patients. Violentconflicts also forces medical personnel to take the conservative treatment orprovide legitimate but worse medical service, which accelerates the lossof medical personnel and hinders the development of medical and health undertakings.Violent conflicts will hurt the health rights and interests of general public ultimately.However, most public hospitals in our country could not solve this problem effectively. Theurgent need for hospital is to set up scientific system to manage this issue, among whichhow to prevent injury happening is the core of management system.This paper introduces crisis management theory and4R crisis management theory toexplore the building of violent conflicts crisis management system. With the improvement of the medical system reformand the help of policy, laws and regulations, violent conflicts can be controlled effectively.However, crisis management for violent conflicts prevention is rewarding anyway,this process can improve management of hospital, and protect the legitimate rights andinterests of medical staff.
