In recent years,with China’s economic development and social transformation,people’s living standards have been continuously improved.As one of the important components of social relations,the contradiction between doctors and patients has gradually become prominent in the development process.The crisis of the doctor-patient relationship caused by the contradiction between doctors and patients in Lianyungang City has occurred frequently.The personal safety of medical personnel has been seriously threatened.It has also interfered with the normal medical order of the hospital and damaged the image of the hospital.At the same time,the doctor-patient crisis has also caused a severe impact on society.Therefore,only by establishing a crisis management mechanism for the doctor-patient relationship can we effectively avoid the occurrence of doctor-patient crisis events,ensure the smooth progress of the hospital’s daily work,build a harmonious medical environment,and maintain social stability.Therefore,how to quickly and efficiently prevent and respond to the occurrence of doctor-patient crisis events has become an urgent problem to be solved by government departments.This article mainly examines the overall situation and existing problems of the management of doctor-patient crisis events in Lianyungang City,and puts forward corresponding improvements.On the basis of an in-depth analysis of the concept of crisis management and related theories of crisis management,we investigate the doctor-patient crisis events and the response plan of crisis event management in Lianyungang City in recent years,explore the problems and causes of crisis event management There is a lack of awareness of doctor-patient crisis in Lianyungang City;the organization of doctor-patient crisis management is incomplete;the construction of doctor-patient crisis management system is imperfect;the formulation of emergency plan for doctor-patient crisis management is not complete;Problems in the aftercare work are not in place.The reason for these problems is that the government lacks research on the doctor-patient crisis management system;the doctor-patient crisis management organization mechanism is not perfect;the doctor-patient crisis management system is not sound enough;Non-standard;lack of government management of media organizations;poor doctor-patient crisis protection system.Based on this,put forward countermeasures to improve the management of doctor-patient crisis events from a global perspective: strengthen the awareness of doctor-patient crisis;improve the organization system of doctor-patient crisismanagement;strengthen the construction of doctor-patient crisis management system;improve the process of doctor-patient crisis management;strengthen the public opinion of doctor-patient crisis Crisis management;improve the doctor-patient crisis guarantee system.This study has a certain reference for the relevant government departments to strengthen the management of doctor-patient crisis events.
