According to the report of the World Health Organization that the humanreproductive ability significantly lower than40or50s of the last century, now morethan15%of couples worldwide by infertility.As an important means of modernmedical treatment, the assisted reproductive technology brings a new way for naturalreproduction.However science and technology is a double-edged sword,this newtechnique gives birth to the troubled people, and caused a series of social problemssuch as commercialization,ethical issues at the same time.Countries around the worldgenerally attach great importance to the legislation of the assisted reproductivetechnology at present, the west has established a legal system of this technique,eastern countries are also speeding up the legislative process, but the reality is, wherethere is assisted reproductive technology, where will arguments, in essence, this is aconflict between modern technology and traditional culture.There are cultural differences between East and West, and research on legalissues through their external social and cultural environments is reasonable. Thisthesis divided into four chapters:first,making detailed overview of the assistedreproduction technology, then research on the assisted reproductive technology lawsand regulations, and compare them, and finally analyzed from the multi-perspectivesof the artificial reproductive technology legislation,and try to make connectionsbetween laws and culture.At last, the thesis puts forward some thoughts of ourartificial reproductive technology laws in future.For example, Legislation of theassisted reproductive technology need more humanistic care, only in this way, the lawwill be better, science and technology will bring more benefits,and the society will bemore harmonious.
