The Risk Management Of Water Treatment Construction Project In Hemodialysis Center

The project of water treatment construction in hemodialysis center, mainlyprovide ultrapure water to hemodialysis patients. To evaluate the project, we needto define the investment value, to assess the benefit, to analyze the uncertainfactors, to estimate the investment recovery period, and so on. Moreover,considering the reform of the management with the launch of the project, theproject is with rather high risk, thus the risk evaluation is especially important.This article investigates the operation of water treatment construction andused related theories about risk management to analyze the risk management ofthis project. Firstly, we made an overall review of the project. Secondly, we didproject risk identification and figured out the project risk list. Thirdly, we usedthe AHP comprehensive evaluation and established the project risk evaluationsystem; the risk of the project was assessed by this system. Finally, based on therisk evaluation, we promoted the portfolios of risk countermeasure.
