| Objective To compare the surgical outcomes of laparoscopic exploration ofcommon bile duct and choledochotomy in treatment of cholelithiasis andcholithiasis.Methods48patients with cholecystolithiasis and secondary common bileduct stones from January2012to October2013were treated with surgicaloperation. Divided into two group: laparoscopic exploration of common bile ductgroup and choledochotomy group. Results The surgical time, intraoprative bleeding, the recovery time ofpostoperative intestinal peristalsis, hospital stay in laparoscopic group wereevidently better than those in open group(P<0.05). two groups have good statisticssignificance;compared the1st,3,5days of ALT, AST and TBIL of LCBDE withOCBDE, it has statistics significance(P>0.05). two groups have no statisticssignificance. Conclusions Laparoscopic exploration of common bile duct in treatingcholelithiasis and cholithiasis is safe and feasible with availed effect of minimalinvasivenss. |
