In the process of assisted reproduction, the endometrial cavity fluid(ECF)is common in Hydrosalpinx, polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS), intrauterine infection or in patients with ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome(OHSS). It happens with inflammation and multiple follicular development and high estrogen levels led by controlled ovarian hyperstimulation. Effect of ECF on clinical outcomes is mainly considered by mechanic effusion. Different maximal fluid anterior-posterior diameter(APD) will make different effects.
