| Objectives: To observe and compare the clinical curative effect of Sarpogrelate combined with Enalapril therapy on microalbuminuria in patients with early diabetic nephropathy(DN), and investigate the possible mechanisms in treatment of early diabetic nephropathy.Methodology: In this study, all of 60 patients were collected in 2013 March~2014 March in Department of Endocrinology of the Chengde Central Hospital. According to the visiting sequence, all the patients were randomly divided into two groups, by the random number table method, namely treatment group and control group, each of which contains 30 cases. After a two weeks of washout period of treatment, the control group patients were treated with basic treatment, combined with Enalapril(5mg/, 2times/day, orally), for 12 weeks;at the same time, patients in the treatment group received basic treatment, combined with Enalapril(5mg/, 2times/day, orally) and Sarpogrelate tablets(100mg/, 3times/day, orally), for 12 weeks. Microal- buminuria index of patients in two groups before and after treatment of 4 weeks and 12 weeks were compared: Before and after treatment, renal function, blood glucose, blood lipid, and blood rheology of two groups of patients were observed, and the efficacy of early diabetic nephropathy in the two groups of patients were compared. Results: On the 4th and 12 th week after treatment, the 24 h urinary protein and urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER) were significantly lower in treatment group than that of control group(P<0.05). On the 12 th week, the plasma viscosity, whole blood viscosity and fibrinogen content were much lower in the treatment group than that of control group(P<0.05),and the total efficiency was 89.66% in the treatment group, wheras 71.42% in the control group(P<0.05): The renal function, blood glucose, and blood lipid were no difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions: As a safe and reliable method, the combined application of sarpogrelate hydrochloride and enalapril can quickly reduce microalbuminuria, improve the blood rheology, stable renal function, delaying the progress of early diabetic nephropathy in the early stage of DN. |
