Investigation On Health Habits And Reproductive Health Of Female College Students In Ji’nan

Objective:Objective to understand the health habits and reproductive health of female college students in Ji’nan,and explore ways to develop adolescent reproductive health education.To provide appropriate countermeasures and basis for carrying out comprehensive health care services for female college students.Method:1.Survey objects:The college students of grade three to grade two in the nursing school of A two level college in a civilian-run comprehensive university in Ji’nan were investigated.2.Survey content:Design according to the purpose of research "Questionnaire survey on health habits and reproductive health among female college students",The main contents include the following aspects:Basic situation,Sexual health related conditions,General health conditions,Habits and customs,Awareness of infectious diseases,etc.3.Survey method:Hierarchical by grade,Stratified cluster random sampling was carried out in class,All the girls in class,the class as the unit spare time questionnaires in the classroom.By pretrained investigators to clarify the ideological mobilization after investigation,students across a questionnaire on the premise of informed consent,Students are asked to fold the questionnaire into a questionnaire with a lock,The questionnaire was brought back to the researchers for analysis by investigators.4.Data entry and statistical method:EpiData3.1 double entry is used for raw data,And logic correction,Descriptive analysis,chi square test,t-test and other statistical analysis were carried out by using SPSS20.0 statistical software.Result:1.A total of 618 questionnaires were distributed in this survey,601 valid questionnaires were recovered,The effective rate was 97.24%.217 of them are in grade one,Two grade 196,Three grade 188.2.Menstruation related conditions:Female menarche age between 10～18 years old,Average 13.73 ± 1.22 years old;About 30.78%of the female students irregular menstruation,About 83.69%of girls have premenstrual and menstrual discomfort,The following abdominal pain,irritability,lack of fatigue are the most common symptoms;About 77.37%of girls have dysmenorrhea,To be able to endure moderate pain.3.Hygienic condition of perineum:About 13.64%of girls have a weak awareness of personal hygiene,When cleaning the vulva,there is a mixing of pots and pots,The lower grade girls,the more mixed the pots;About 6.82%of girls urinate occasionally or never wipe the vulva;63.23%of female students in menstrual period should be more than two hours a day,change a sanitary napkin;2.66%of girls in the underwear cleaning and other clothes mixed with the phenomenon of cleaning.4.Sexual life and other gynecological conditions:Girls in all grades have masturbation,And each grade has a certain proportion of female students have had sex life experience;About 6.16%of female students have abnormal leucorrhea characteristics;About 38.77%of girls have symptoms of genital itching,There were no significant differences in different gynecological symptoms among female students of all grades(P>0.05).5.Hand hygiene:Girls do not wash their hands before going to the toilet,the proportion of girls is 59.40%,The proportion of female students who did not wash hands was 6.32%.26.29%of female students do not understand the seven step wash technique.6.Related health status:73.55%of girls drink less than 1500 milliliters per day,59.45%of the girls eat every day in the school around the small restaurant or roadside stalls;3.49%of girls have a history of smoking;Take part in outdoor sports,About 64.56%of girls take part in outdoor sports,Among them,the proportion of grade 2014 is the highest.7.The level of awareness of related infectious diseases:Girls of different grades have a lower understanding of plague,cholera and viral hepatitis,Especially the freshman(grade 15)girls have a lower level of understanding,Girls of all grades have a higher understanding of sexually transmitted diseases and tuberculosis,But still in the third grade(level 13)a higher level of understanding,The awareness of the above infectious diseases among girls in different grades is significant different(P>0.05).Conclusion:Health knowledge of female nursing students is not optimistic,Still to be strengthened;Healthy habits continue to improve slowly;Most girls suffer from dysmenorrhea;A small minority of female college students surveyed had sexual life experiences;11.31%of female college students suffer from inflammation of the reproductive system,including abnormal vaginal discharge and genital itching,But most girls don’t pay enough attention to it,never even take drugs or go to the hospital;Female college students had poor habits of washing their hands,and most girls never had the habit of washing their hands before washing,A few girls never even wash their hands after washing;The vast majority of girls have irregular eating habits and unsanitary eating habits;Smoking and weight loss are among the few among female college students,To the growth and development in the second peak period of their harm can not be ignored;Female students of all grades have low level of understanding of the basic knowledge of infectious diseases such as plague,cholera,viral hepatitis and tuberculosis,The school,teachers and related departments should pay enough attention to it.
