The Clinical Observation About The Quality Of Life In Patients With Chronic Renal Failure After Applying Fu Zheng Xie Zhuo Huo Xue Formula

Objective: The study is to observe the clinical effect and change of the quality of life in patients with chronic renal failure(CRF) after applying Fu Zheng Xie Zhuo Huo Xue formula,and objectively evaluate the efficiency and safety of Fu Zheng Xie Zhuo Huo Xue formula in the treatment of CRF.To explore new ways in the treatment of CRF by traditional Chinese medicine and lay the foundation for study in new drugs,curative effect,adverse reaction and influence on the quality of survival,this formula were studied in patients with spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome,the wet muddy syndrome and blood stasis syndrome respectively.Methods: This study collected 60 patients with CRF from July 2013 to December 2013 in Shaanxi University of Chinese Medicine hospital Kidney Nephrology in inpatient and outpatient included in the standard.The control group were offered general therapy only and simultaneously the treatment group add in Fu Zheng Xie Zhuo Huo Xue formula applied respectively in the morning and evening.The observation of treatment cycle is 8 weeeks.In the beginning and ending of treatment,all the patients were told and guided to fill in the SF-36 quality of life(QOL) scale and observed test results of TCM(traditional Chinese medicine) symptom integral,renal function(BUN、Scr),blood routine(HGB、RBC),serum albumin,and white blood cells.At the same time,white blood cells,transaminase,electrocardiogram and feces routine were detection.In the end,all the data of patients in the treatment were collected,sorting,and made statistical analysis.Results:①Therapy effect: in the treatment group the total effective rate of 30 cases was 76.67%;The total effective rate of control group was 73.33%, compared the rate of two groups,effectiveness of treatment group total is better than that of control group(P<0.05).②Laboratory indexes comparison: renal function were improved after treatment in both groups,data contrast analysis of two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05),and use this formula in the aspect of improving renal function is better than that of control group therapy.③The doctor of TCM symptom integral: curative effect of the two groups are statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group used the Fu Zheng Xie Zhuo Huo Xue formula in improving clinical symptoms in patients with better than the control group.④Determine the QOL:In terms of social functional(SF),physical function(PF),bodily pain(BP),role-physical function(RP),general health(GH),Vitality(VT),the curative effect of treatment group is better than the control group.But in terms of role emotional(RE),mental health(MH),there were no difference between the two treatments.In terms of total quality of life has significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Fu Zheng Xie Zhuo Huo Xue formula can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic renal failure,improve renal function, improve the quality of survival,slow progression.
