Objective:Through the retrospective analysis postoperative Clinical data of scalp malignant tumor to explore the related factors influencing the scalp cancer postoperative survival. For clinical evaluation of prognosis of malignant tumor scalp correctly, provides the theory basis for reasonable individualized treatment. Methods:The Guangxi medical university affiliated tumor hospital between January 2004 and January 2009,118 cases of malignant tumors after surgical treatment of scalp clinical data were retrospectively analyzed, statistical analysis to single factor and multiple factors and COX regression models effect for age, gender, pathological type, surgical repair, skull infringement, relapse, tumor size and site of survival time, summarizes the related factors of postoperative survival in patients with various factors. Results:The patients’overall survival rate was 97%(1 year),92%(3 years), 86%(5 years). Single factor and Kaplan-meier analysis indicate that the patients’age, tumor size, pathological type, postoperative recurrence and radiation therapy were all related factors of postoperative survival time. Logistic multi-factors analysis results showed that the patient’s age, tumor size, pathologic type were all independent factors associated with patients’ postoperative survival. According to the results of Cox stepwise regression model, age, tumor size and pathology type and pathological type indicated that they were death risk factors in patients with scalp malignant tumor. Cumulative survival function figure showed obvious rising trend since the postoperative survival rate increase after 23 months. Conclusion:Patients’ age, tumor size, postoperative recurrence and pathological types were four related factors affecting patients’survival time. The patient’s age, tumor size and pathology types were the independent factors affecting the survival rate after five years. At the same time, patients’age, tumor size, and parting is risk factors for scalp cancer postoperative mortality. The treatment of carcinoma of the scalp is given priority to the surgical treatment. Should follow the principle of early discovery, early treatment.
