ObjectiveAccordind a prospective and randomized controlled trial, the study is aim to observe the influence on T2DM about the glycemic control and the quality of life’s improvement by using a theory called "the eight methods of movement and immovable sequential" developing individulized recipes for them, and expect to be a base in developing individulized nutrition program for the sick.MethodsChoosing sixty people among who in hospital in the Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital Of Guang Dong Province druing July 1st,2014 to October 31th, 2014,and dividing into two groups with the same counts randomly. The test group accept individulized recipes developed according "the eight methods of movement and immovable sequential" besides usual hypoglycemis drugs(chinese medicine except); The control group are with usual hypoglycemis drugs (chinese medicine except) and ordinary dietary guidance that suit for DM.Monitoring the FPG and 2hPG along the test at the beginning and in the 4th week,8th week,12th week,HbAlc(1st week,12th week),the score of the DQOLS(1st week,12th week), compared the glycemic related index and the score of the DQOLS.ResultsComparison of baseline data:General information (age, sex structure) and the observation index before the treatment of the two groups are statistically significant(P>0.05) when compared between themBlood glucose index:The FPG,2hPG and HbAlc of the test group and the control group are statistically significant(P<0.01 or P<0.05) after 12 weeks’treatment no matter compared within itself group or between the two groups; The test group is more effective in decreasing the FPG and HbAlc.The FPG and 2hPG of the test group and the control group both get down obviously after the treatment compared to that before the treatment, the maximum fall of the two appear in the initial four weeks, the test group get down more of the two at last when it comes to the whole treatment; The FPG and 2hPG of the test group have been flat-to-lower while the volatility is being along with the control group.DQOLS’score:The score about the disease dimension and the three aspects it contains in the DQOLS of the test group and the control group after the test are with statistical significance(P<0.01) when compared within itself group; the disease dimension and the control of the diet and weight are with statistical significance(P<0.05) while the other two are not when compared between the two groups. The test group is more effective in decreasing the influence caused by the control of the diet and weight and the anxious with diabetes.ConclusionUsing the diet therapy that based on "the eight methods of movement and immovable sequential" for the T2DM can reduce the FPG、2hPG、HbAlc as the usual diet therapy, but the individual scheme is more effective in reducing the FPG and HbAlc;and also more stable about the control of blood glucose in the very long time.Considering many factors, this study analysis the life-quality improvement through the disease dimension of the DQOLS, both the scheme this study adopted and the usual scheme are useful in improving the diabetes quality of life through the disesse dimension, but this individualized scheme is more helpful, especially in reducing the degree of the influence caused by the control of the diet and weight and the anxious with the diabetes. It’s worth being widely used in clinic as it decrease the FPG、2hPG and HbAlc helpfully and improve the quality of life through the disease dimension according the diet therapy that based on " the eight methods of movement and immovable sequential".
