ObjectiveTo assess therapeutic effect of Deer blood crystal in the treatment of thrombocytopenia caused by the chemotherapy。MethodsWhen the platelet count between 25 X 109/L and< 75 X 109/L after chemotherapy, Each group has 20 cases in this study。sixty people (malignant tumors confirmed)were divided freely into A,B,C three groups, interleukin-11 was gived only in Group A, receiving the interleukin-11,1.5 mg, once per day; Group B was treated only with deer blood crystal, receiving the deer blood crystal lg bid; Group C was treated with deer blood crystaland recombinant human interleukin-11, receiving the interleukin-11,1.5 mg, once per day+the deer blood crystal lg bid, fourteen day is the longest time of treatment in these three study。It is to observe sixty malignant tumors patients on Platelet count, white blood cells, hemoglobin, Main chinese medicine symptom score, physical status score, the economic costs、Liver and kidney function.Results1. The comparison of Western medicine therapeutic effect, the differ have statistical significance in the three group (P<0.05)。2. Platelet count before treatment、the lowest platelets、platelet count after treatment, the mean recovery time with platelet count>50×109/L, in the three groups, there was no statistically significant (P>0.05)。the mean recovery time with platelet count>75×109/L、>100×109/L, the differ have statistical significance in the three group (P<0.05)。3. The changes of white blood cell (WBC) count and hemoglobin (HGB) before and after treatment in A、B、C three groups, there was statistically significant (P<0.05)。4. It is the statistical difference between the three group about physical status score (P<0.05)。 The difference shows Deer blood crystal can elevate patient’s physical status.5. The main clinical symptoms of patients were relieved in god symptoms of fatigue, dizziness、heart palpitations and shortness of breath、lumbar debility、night sweat ing、sleep symptoms, there was statistically significant (P<0.05) 。 but in eat less、spontaneous sweating,it is no statistical difference between the three group(P>0.05)。ConclusionDeer blood crystal is an effective drugs to apply the thrombocytopenia after Chemotherapy, some of physical status score can be elevated, taking convenient and economic cost is low。 but the current study is a low sample study。 more and more cases need to expand to getscientific and real results。...
