The Relevant Research Of Qi Xia Xiao Ying Mixture Intervening The Efficacy And Inflammatory Cytokines(MCP-1、TNF-α) Of Hashimoto’s Hyroidtis With Hypothyroidism

Objective:Observing the function of supplementing qi,nourishing yin,emolliating the liver、phlegm-ransforming and goiter-dispersing of Chinese medicine Qi Xia Xiaoying mixture after intervening the patients of hashimoto’s thyroiditis with hypothyroidism, the variation of the clinical symptoms and related index, in oreder to evaluate the clinical curative effect of Qi Xia Xiaoying mixture in hashimoto’s thyroiditis,and discuss its mechanism of action.Methods:The 60 cases diagnosed hashimoto’s thyroiditis patients,appertaining liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome,were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,30 cases each. The control group use routine treatment in patients, while add Qi Xia Xiaoying mixture to the treatment group, 1 agent a day, and 3 month for a period. Compare the changes between pretherapy and post-treatment on the indexes of thyroid hormone,thyroid antibody, MCP – 1,TNF-α. Calculate,analyze and contrast the TCM symptoms score of these patients before and after the treatment, and detect the safety indexes in the meantime.Results:After the treatment, FT3 and FT4 of both groups increased distinctly(P<0.01), and TSH decreased obviously(P<0.01), comparing the two groups after treatment, FT3 and FT4 of the treatment group increased more obviously(P<0.01), and TSH dropped distinctly(P<0.05) than those in the control group.(2) TPOAb、TGAb reduced(P<0.01) in the treatment group, TPOAb、TGAb dropped more obviously of the treatment group than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.01).(3) Comparing the two groups after treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%; while come to the control group, the total effective rate was 70.00%, the comparison of the total effective rate of both groups have significantly diversity(P<0.05). It illustrates that the treatment group is superior to the control group.(4) After the treatment, MCP- 1 delined distinctly in the two groups(P<0.01); comparing the two groups after treatment, the indexe in the treatment group dropped significantly(P<0.01). TNF- α of both groups have declined after treatment(P<0.01), the indexe of treatment group dropped more obviously(P<0.05).(5) Adverse reaction and safety analysis:Patients in this clinical research had little adverse reaction and the security indexes had tested in the normal range.Conclusion: The Qi Xia Xiaoying mixture after intervening the hashimoto’s thyroiditis diease has well clinical efficacy. It can improve patients’ thyroid hormone level,reduce the TGAb, TPOAb content, adjust the abnormal MCP- 1 and TNF-α, reduce thyroid tissue damage, restore the thyroid function, relieve the clinical symptoms,raise clinical cure rate. The indicators in the Qi Xia Xiaoying mixture treatment group are better than the control group. Trough the observation of safety indicators in treatment group, it shows that the Qi Xia Xiaoying Mixture has the security and reliability, so the Qi Xia Xiaoying Mixture can be put use to patients of hashimoto’s thyroiditis disease.
