| Objective: The purpose of this study was to observe the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Xiaoying Decoction combined with levothyroxine sodium on Hashimoto’s thyroiditis with hypothyroidism of liver depression and spleen deficiency,and to objectively evaluate its effectiveness,so as to provide clinical ideas for the treatment of this disease with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: In this study,72 patients who met the inclusion criteria in the outpatient and inpatient departments of the Second Department of Endocrinology of Shijiazhuang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into treatment group and control group by random number method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was given levothyroxine sodium tablets orally,and the treatment group was given Yiqi Xiaoying Decoction on the basis of the control group.A total of 3 courses(12 weeks)were taken,and the changes of indexes before and after treatment were recorded respectively.Observation indicators: thyroid hormone levels(TSH,FT4,FT3),thyroid antibody titers(TPOAb,Tg Ab),thyroid left and right lobe volume,isthmus thickness,blood lipid function(TG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C),TCM clinical symptom scores.At the same time,the changes of safety indicators were recorded,and SPSS27.0statistical software was used to analyze the data and evaluate the efficacy.Results:(1)Treatment group and control group completed 34 cases of observation,each shedding 2 cases of observation.In terms of age,sex,course of disease,TSH,FT4,FT3,TPOAb,Tg Ab,thyroid left and right lobe volume,isthmus thickness,TG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C,there was no statistical difference between the 68 patients before treatment(P>0.05).(2)In terms of TSH,FT3,FT4,TPOAb and Tg Ab,the comparison within the two groups of patients : after treatment,TSH,TPOAb and Tg Ab were significantly lower than before treatment,FT3 and FT4 were significantly increased(P<0.01).Comparison between the two groups after treatment : Compared with the control group,the treatment group decreased in Tg Ab(P<0.05),increased in FT4 and decreased in TSH and TPOAb(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the increase of FT3 between the two groups(P>0.05).(3)There was no significant decrease in the volume of left and right thyroid lobes and the thickness of isthmus between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).(4)In terms of reducing serum total cholesterol,triglyceride and low density lipoprotein-cholesterol,the comparison between the two groups was better than that before treatment(P<0.01),and the comparison between the two groups was better than that of the control group(P<0.01).In terms of increasing high density lipoprotein-cholesterol,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P> 0.05).(5)In terms of the dose of levothyroxine sodium,after treatment,the dose used in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).(6)In terms of TCM clinical symptom scores,the total scores of the two groups after treatment was significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01);the total score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).(7)In terms of clinical symptoms,the effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)Yiqi Xiaoying Decoction combined with levothyroxine sodium tablets can more effectively improve the clinical symptoms of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis with hypothyroidism of liver depression and spleen deficiency type and improve the effective rate of clinical treatment than levothyroxine sodium tablets alone.(2)Yiqi Xiaoying Decoction combined with Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets is better than Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets alone in the treatment of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis with hypothyroidism of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type.It can better improve the level of FT4,reduce the levels of TSH,TPOAb,Tg Ab,TC,TG,LDL-C,and reduce the amount of Levothyroxine Sodium. |
