The Current Situation And Supply Research Of Rural Community Health Services

With the development of society and economy, people have a deeper awareness and concern of health, meanwhile, their demand for health service becomes more and more urgent. In order to adapt to this changing, community health service has emerged. It is to adapt to changes in the medical model and the demographic and health needs changing. However, Community Health Services in China started late, especially the community health services in rural areas are still in the preliminary exploration. There are still many problems to be solved and studied.Community health service in rural areas is an important promotion to deepen the reform of rural health. However, rural community health service in developed and underdeveloped areas presents a clear polarization in promotion situation in China.Thanks to economy and policy strong support, in the economically developed areas, such as Shanghai, Beijing, and Guangdong province, the rural community health service has been carried out smoothly, and better results obtained. But in the economically underdeveloped areas, due to the limited financial support、local residents health awareness and other unfavorable factors, rural community health service is difficult to be promoted, and it is hard to achieve the desired results. So the current study should focus on how to smoothly and efficiently promote rural community health service in economically underdeveloped regions in the future. Rural residents can enjoy "Six in One" of medical and health services, including economic security, convenience, and a set of medical, health care, prevention, rehabilitation, health education, family planning and technical guidance, in order to deepen the reform of rural health to remove obstacles.Jishou City, as a community health service pilot county of Hunan Province, its progress and the successful experience can guide how to promote rural health reform of Hunan province in the future. The paper selected Jishou City of Hunan Province as study area, stratified random sample of six township hospitals and 59 staff members,30 village clinics and 45 staff members and 560 rural residents as the research object to analyze the situation of rural grassroots service capabilities population health needs and health utilization in Jishou City, provide a theoretical basis for the rural community health pilots in China.This paper includes the following three parts:Part I:Summarizing the current status of china’s community health services and rural community health services;Part II:Through the analysis of survey data, describing the current situation of rural community health service in Jishou City, and further analyzing the problem and the reasons for the existence of the problems of rural community health service;Part III:For the survey results and analysis, come up with strategies to carry out rural community health service work in Jishou City in the future.
