Background:In recent years, with the continuous development of renal transplantation, more and more patients with uremia receive this treatment. But due to the expensive medical expenses many families are under a heavy economic burden. Our country in different regions of the patients, the different medical insurance relief system still exist. Such institutional differences will lead to different medical results. Objectives:To find out the influence of hospitalization expenses, and the characteristics of different payment methods between the new rural cooperative and medical insurance patients through the study on the hospitalization expenses of uremic patients, To explore the effective ways in ensuring the medical quality and medical safety, controlling the hospital unreasonable expenditure, and reducing the economic burden of patients and their families.Materials and methods:The data from patients with statistical information database in the hospital from 2011 January to 2013 January. A total of 220 uremic patients were selected, including 110 cases of medical insurance patients,110 cases of patients with the new rural cooperative medical system. The data was analysed by SPSS. Conclusion And Suggestions:The market mechanism is introduced in the basis of maintaining the government led, to speed up the reform of medical insurance system, especially to promote the reform of medical treatment of a serious illness, and shorten the medical insurance for urban workers and rural cooperative medical insurance gap. The advantages of the government and the market are played, and balance both equity and efficiency. In order to achieve complementary advantages and win-win development, reduce the burden of government, and further improve China’s medical security system, it is necessary to study the Cohesion Mechanism of social medical insurance and commercial health insurance.
