Study On The Characteristics And Regulations Of Infected Water’s Crowed Contact Behavior Of Schistosomiasis In Dongting Lake Area

Schistosomiasis, the second important tropical diseases, has a long history, widespread. In history Dongting lake area has always been the schistosomiasis endemic areas. Found in many studies of schistosomiasis, contact with contaminated water is the only way to infect Schistosoma. under this background, this article based on the national natural fund project-"Investigation on the mechanisms and regulation of the interaction between human and schistosomiasis infectious water in Dongting Lake ", according to the theory of behavior geography knowledge, using literature review, field investigation, questionnaire, interview and statistical methods of calculation and mathematical analysis, discusses the Dongting Lake area schistosomiasis infected people’s behavior characteristics. Combined with the lake environment brief analyze the factors influencing their behavior, put forward control measures and advice,for Dongting Lake area schistosomiasis prevention.The main conclusion as follows:(1) Through the questionnaire survey and field interview found that residents in epidemic area have no obvious deviation about schistosomiasis, but residents have a high probability to contact with contaminated water, and have poor prevention measures.(2) Using SOM self-organizing neural network and logistic regression analysis found that the residents’ different behaviors have influencing factor, but the career is the most significant impact factor.(3)Combined with Reid behavior matrix, quantized the different groups’ ability on the knowledge of schistosomiasis, found that students, civil servants, Public institution personnel have the most satisfied scores. Next are businessman and the self-employed. Housewives and retirees are worse. Farmers and fishermen are the worst.(4) Combining with the field interview information, summed up the residents" behavior characteristics, and puts forward their behaviors are seasonal, consciousness, diversity and regularity.(5) Combined with opinions of the local doctors and experts, putting forward the safe water replacement, medical professional norms, the health education intervention, and expanding treatment scope, Foreign people remind and so on.
