Objective The aim is to Through the detection of cardiac biomarkers in rats to observe the protective effect and its mechanism of tanshinone IIA(Tan IIA) on myocardial cell injury caused by soft erythromycin(DNR).Methods The fifty four-week-old healthy male SD rats were random Ly divided into five groups: control groups, DNR groups, Tan IIAIgroups, Tan IIAIIgroups, Tan IIAIII groups, to observe the effect of different doses(four、eight、sixteen mg per kilogram of body weight) of Tan IIA on Electrical activity、EF、FS、cardiac biomarkers and Antioxidant indexs(ROS、MDA、SOD)in rats, In addition we also observe the cardiac structure damage in rats’,and reply the Billingham way to evaluate the extent of myocardial injury.Resultscompared with the DNR groups, Tan IIA I、II、III groups the rate of arrhythmia、pathological points and the cardiac markers(LDH、CK-MB、TNT-HS)、ROS、MDA were reduced;the EF、FS and SOD of the rats were increased, and showed a dose-response relationship. Conclusion Tan IIA,by inhibiting the free radical formation and lipid peroxidation, can prevent and mitigate the DNR-induced myocardial cell injury in rats...
