| Objective:By Wagner3-4 of diabetic foot lateral tibial bone transport technique, postoperative affected foot ulcer healing, blood vessels, nerves to restore the situation to find a diabetic foot patients improve blood circulation foot, promote ulcer healing and reduce the amputation rate clinical methods. Methods:Select September 2013 to February 2015 during the First Affiliated Hospital of Bone and Joint inpatient cases 12 cases of Guangxi Medical University, eligible patients in 2005 WHO diagnostic criteria for diabetes diabetes on foot (Wagner stage:3-4).5 males and 7 females, aged 47-75 years, mean age 55 years.Right foot 8patients,left foot 4 patients;Ulcer site in digit 6 patients, in heel 2 patients, in pelma 2 patients, and acrotarsium in 2 patients;Ulcer degree osteomyelitis in 7 patients, dry gangrene and wet gangrene in 5 patients.Admission lateral tibial bone transport technique, and postoperative external fixation move according to plan. Wagner staging by postoperative diabetic foot, ABI determination, 10g nylon-ray examination and wound healing, to observe the clinical efficacy of treatment of tibial bone transport diabetic foot. Results:The group of 12 patients were followed up for 3 to 20 months, with an average follow-up time of 10.2 months follow-up 12 cases of ulcer has healed; the first ABI measurement technique (0.42±0.19), last follow-up (0.86 ±0.24); 10g nylon line measured before surgery (4.57±2.35), last follow-up (6.34±1.68), before and after surgery were statistically significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion:Wanger3-4 effective way of diabetic foot lateral tibial bone transport for treatment, the method is simple and easy to operate, the condition improved quickly, can significantly reduce the amputation rate. |
