| Objective: This topic is mainly to explore the clinical efficacy of the Ilizarov technique with the 3D printed osteotomy guide guided by the lateral bone transfer of the tibia and the Chinese medicine orally(Four wonderful Yongan soup Jiawei)in the treatment of the heat-toxic phoenix-type diabetic foot.Provide new methods,new ideas,and analyze the characteristics and advantages of this method in the treatment of diabetic foot.Methods:Retrospective analysis of patients with diabetic foot hospitalized in the Department of Orthopaedics,Jiangxi Provincial People’s Hospital from September 2016 to September 2018,Wagner classification was 2-4,and 45 patients met the inclusion criteria.According to the treatment mode,there were 3 groups,15 cases in each group.Group I was a 3D guide plate-guided humerus lateral bone transfer combined with Si Miao Yongan Decoction.Group II was a 3D printed guide guided lateral tibial bone transfer,and group III was non-surgical.Western medicine routine treatment group.The follow-up time was more than 6 months.The wound healing,pain simulation score(VAS score),the medial skin temperature of the affected leg and the skin temperature of the affected limb(the skin temperature)were recorded before and 3 months after treatment.Gun measurements)and comparative analysis were performed to record the limb salvage rate after 6 months of treatment.Results:All the 45 patients in this group were followed up for 3 to 20 months,with an average follow-up time of 10.4 months.The pain scores of the affected limbs,the medial skin temperature of the lower leg,the skin temperature of the toes,and the wound healing of the affected limbs were statistically different(P<0.05).After treatment,the 3D print guide-guided bone transfer combined with the Chinese medicine group and the 3D printed guided tibia lateral bone transfer group had statistically significant pain scores,skin temperature and wound healing(P<0.05),3D guide-guided humerus transverse bone.There were also significant differences in pain score,skin temperature and wound healing between the transfer group and the non-surgical Western medicine group(P<0.05).The overall effective rates of the three groups were 100%,86.7%,and 76.3%,respectively.?
