| ObjectiveBy comparing back lumbar myofascial pain syndrome’s clinical efficacy of acupuncture rub method and routine acupuncture treatment. To explore the clinical application value and significance of method of rubbing to cure myofascial pain syndrome, provide reasonable and effective treatment for clinical practice, expand the clinical application of acupuncture method of rubbing.MethodsAccording to the inclusion criteria, this research selected conform to the requirements of the 60 cases of patients with back lumber myofascial pain syndrome, then applied the randomized, controlled clinical trials research methods, divided into acupuncture method of rubbing treatment group and routine acupuncture group 30 cases each. Treatment group using acupuncture to rub method combined with traditional body acupuncture treatment, control group was treated with conventional acupuncture, both groups plus TDP lamp exposure, treatment time every time two groups of 30 min, treatment of the next day, three times for a period of treatment, a total of two courses of treatment. After the two period of treatment, observe two groups of patients before and after the treatment of lumbar back pain (VAS score), Roland-Morris functional activities (CRMDQ scale), reinforcement and improvement (chronic soft tissue injury grading scale), the overall curative effect and adverse reactions.Result1. After two courses of treatment, the VAS pain score, two way comparison before and after treatment, P< 0.05, there is statistical significance, shows that the two groups after treatment to improve the symptoms of the patient’s pain has certain curative effect, can effectively relieve the pain. Comparison between the two way after treatment, P< 0.05, with statistical significance, there are differences between groups, the treatment group is better than that of control group in terms of pain to improve.2. Compare two groups of back waist functional activities (CRMDQ scale integration), two groups before and after treatment between groups within the comparison, P< 0.05, with statistical significance, and P< 0.01, shows that there are significant differences. Two groups of treatment can significantly improve the function of back waist. Comparison between the two way shows, P< 0.05, there is statistical significance, CRMDQ scale scores have differences between the two groups after treatment, the treatment group activity is better than the control group on the improvement in the function, but P> 0.01, there was no significant difference. Show two groups of treatment no obvious difference to the improvement of the patients with functional activities.3.To compare tendons knot change of two groups, the two way in comparison before and after treatment, P< 0.05, statistically significant, the comparison between the two way after treatment, P< 0.01, there are significant difference significance, shows obvious difference between the two groups after treatment, the treatment group was better than control group, which can effectively reduce the pain and restricted movement caused tendons knot and reinforced the size of the material.4. Overall is concluded, the efficacy of the treatment group patients clinical control was 30%,50% had marked effect,13.33% effectively, invalid 6.67%; Clinical control 16.66%, control group were 30%,26.67%, effective invalid 26.67%; Two groups of curative effect; The curative effect comparison between the two way, there is statistical significance (P< 0.05), the overall efficacy of the treatment group in the treatment of this disease is better than the control group.ConclusionAcupuncture rub method can significantly improve the back waist pain symptoms in patients with myofascial pain syndrome, lower back functional activities and tendons knot, the appliance is the same as the conventional acupuncture, easy operation, high security, not easy to cause patients psychological and physical pain, fear.It is a clinically effective treatment and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
