| Objective: To explore the clinical effect of trigonometry acupuncture on the trigger point of myofascial pain in the treatment of heel pain caused by plantar fasciitis. Methods: According to the random table,80 cases were divided into treatment group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases). In the treatment group, local pain points and trigger points of plantar myofascial pain were pricked. After localization, labeling, disinfection and local infiltration anesthesia, blood letting was performed by pricking the needle. One course of treatment is once.If the patient’s condition is not obviously alleviated after one treatment for one week, one more prick can be performed. No more than 2 times. The control group only pricked the local pain points. All clinical symptoms of patients before and after treatment should be recorded objectively, and patients should fill in VAS and Maryland foot scoring system table according to their own condition. The therapeutic effect was observed by the scores before and after treatment.SPSS20.0 statistical software was used for analysis.T test was used for comparison between the two groups,chi-square test was used for counting data, and T test was used for measuring data.Result: The curative effect of trigonometry acupuncture on the trigger point of myofascial pain is better than that of simple acupuncture on the local pain point in the treatment of heel pain caused by plantar fasciitis. Conclusion: The treatment of heel pain caused by plantar fasciitis with three edged needle can obviously reduce the symptoms of patients, promote the recovery of patients, and the long-term treatment effect of heel pain is better than that of local pain. This method is a safe and effective method. |
