A Study Of TCM Syndrome Of Chronic Superficial Gastritis With Its Performence In Gastroscopy And Hp Infection

ObjectiveThe purpose of this study is to search for the collection between the Chinese medical syndrome and endoscopic gastric mucosal and Hp infection about chronic superficial gastritis through the comprehensive collection and statistic clinical data to sum up the dialectical law under the CSG.Therefore,we can further improve the TCM syndrome differentiation system and confirmed that the macro differentiation is scientific from the microcosmic field, combination of TCM with traditional methods of Endoscopic Micro differentiation and modern medical diagnosis of the etiology and pathogenesis of CSG,which can provide an objective basis for more for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of the disease.MethodsThis study looks at 400 outpatients treated at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2013 to December2014 which accord with the diagnose standard of CSG as the research object.In order to distinguish TCM Typing we should to collect some information such as generally data,four diagnostic information of TCM,Hp and endoscopic findings.We can use the SPSS17.0 statistical software to analysis the resulting data and syndromes distribution.Finally,I want to find the correlation between syndrome type of TCM and gastroscopic and Hp infection.Results(1)In this study included 400 patients with CSG, including 190 cases of male,female 210 cases, no significant difference between the male and female incidence rate.The disease course ranged from 1 to 2 years are. The incidence of CSG was the highest in age 31 ~ 39 years old, the incidence rate was 27.6%;the second is less than 30 years of age, the incidence rate was 23.8%;60 years old of above the lowest incidence rate11.5%. Clinical symptoms detection rate in more than 50% of the fullness in the stomach, stomach pain, epigastric fullness, belching, noisy, after eating, anorexia,expanding very irritable. It indicates that CSG patients mainly in young, fullness in the stomach is the most common clinical symptoms.(2)All cases are divided into five traditional Chinese medicine syndromesaccording to the standard, according to the frequency from high to low in turn is:incoordination between liver and stomach>Damp Heat in the Spleen and Stomach>spleen and stomach deficiency>stomach Yin deficiency>Blood Stagnation of the Stomach. By chi-square test, there is significant statistical difference(P<0.05).Results demonstrate that the syndrome type of traditional Chinese medicine with liver stomach disharmony type was the most common type of damp heat in spleen and stomach,stomach and blood stasis type at least.(3)The different syndromes of Hp infection rate from high to low is:Damp heat in spleen and stomach>weakness of spleen and stomach type>liver stomach disharmony type>stomach collateral blood stasis type>stomach yin deficiency type, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).It indicates that Hp patients of spleen stomach damp heat type CSG the highest infection rate.(4)The CSG common gastroscope like according to the detection rate from high to low is:mucosal erythema(point,sheet or strip)>mucosa bleeding point/spot rough >rough mucosa > mucosa edema, exudation. Mucosal erythema(point, sheet or strip)with liver stomach disharmony type the highest detection rate, rough mucosa of spleen stomach damp heat type with the highest detection rate, bleeding point/spot to stomach collateral blood stasis type the highest detection rate,mucosal edema,exudation of weakness of spleen and stomach type with the highest detection rate. By chi-square test, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(5)In 400 cases of gastric mucosa in patients with CSG lesion in the gastric antrum and body of stomach, the gastric antrum, gastric body lesions less pure;statistical image, pulse of TCM tongue showed mainly in red tongue, tongue with white fur, pulse string pulse based on. CSG every syndrome type with erosion is the largest number of spleen stomach damp heat type,with reflux most is the incoordination between the liver and stomach, statistically significant differences were(P<0.05).ConclusionThere may be some internal relations and rules between gastric mucosa and Hp performance,infection and CSG TCM under endoscopy. Some objective performance in endoscopic can be used as reference for TCM syndrome differentiation and used as treatment guidance.
