| Objective To investigate the relationship between gastric pathology with HIF-1 a and VEGF mRNA expression levelsMethods We collected 67 cases of patients used gastroscopy specimens with gastric cancer before surgery, the use of semi-quantitative RT-PCR was used to detect the expression level of gastric carcinoma and surrounding normal tissue HIF-1 a and VEGF mRNA’s. HIF-1 a and VEGF mRNA expression levels were evaluated in cancer tissue and normal tissue to represent the proportion of value added. While all patients with gastric cancer clinicopathological features were analyzed retrospectively.Result HIF-1 a mRNA expression in cancer tissues more than in normal tissues, and its T/N value and lymphatic metastasis of gastric cancer, distant metastasis staging was positively correlated (P<0.05), and gastric cancer differentiation was no statistically significant correlation (p> 0.05). VEGF mRNA expression is also a cancer tissue than normal tissue, its T/N value with lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis were positively correlated (P<0.05), and gastric cancer differentiation was no statistically significant correlation (p> 0.05).Conclusion HIF-1 a and VEGF mRNA expression levels higher gastric invasive stronger. It can be invasive preoperative assessment of gastric cancer by endoscopic gastric biopsy specimens by RT-PCR HIF-1 a and VEGF mRNA expression levels. |
