BackgroundThe occurrence of Work-related Disease (WRD) related with work, but occupational harmful factors are not the only direct cause, it is one of the many factors of the disease, or the the increase factor to the disease. The factors of WRD tend to be more, work environment can play a role with the properties be associated with other risk factors. Although occupational factors are professional related with WRD, but they are not the only. Compared with the occupational disease, the causes of WRD are unclear. Labor organization, the poor working conditions can also be the factors of these diseases; In addition to the occupational harmful factors, social, psychological, personal behavior and life style are mixed. The taxi driver is a special group. The level of education and income of this group is not high, and it is easy to get a series of WRD with the special working environment. According to the existing domestic and foreign research, the taxi driver is a high-risk group of WRD, the incidence of WRD are higher than general ordinary professional groups, and the degree is more serious. In addition, this group is generally in a state of sub-health, the score of life quality is not good. Now, the number of taxi drivers is increasing with the pace of urban construction, as social security, this marginal group should be aroused people’s concern.ObjectiveTo Survey the occupational health and life quality of taxi drivers and analysis the influencing factors, in order to improving the level of occupational health and life quality of the taxi drivers.MethodsWith cluster sampling method, using self-made taxi driver occupational health survey questionnaire and SF-36 scale to survey 719 taxi drivers in jinan. the data entering in EpiData 3.1 database; Calculate the higher prevalence such like lower back pain, prostatitis, gastroenteritis etc, analyzing with SPSS 21.0. The Logistic regression model is analyzed to occupational health; Life quality score compared by t test and analysis of variance, using multiple linear regression equation model to analyze the influential factors of quality of life. Inspection standard of alpha= 0.05.Results1 The General SituationIn the 719 taxi drivers, there are male 694 (96.5%), female 25 (3.5%), day shift (415) and night shift (309); average age 40.1±5.8, the average working year 7.7±3.5, the average working time 10.8±2.3 hours a day; the average sleep time 7.4±0.6 hours a day, the average rest days 0.7±1.2 monthly.2 Study of PrevalenceThe sequence and morbidity rates of WRD which are high prevalence:lower back pain (53.82%), prostatitis (39.36%), gastroenteritis (37.27%), cervical pain (35.05%), fatty liver (34.44%), hypertension (33.20%), diabetes (5.84%), knee arthritis (4.31%), periarthritis of shoulder(2.64%), hyperlipidemia (1.53%), heart disease (0%), etc.Lower back pain Shifts, length of service, working hours are the risk factors of lower back pain, the sleep time, rest days, movement are the protecting factors of the lower back pain (P<0.05).Prostatitis Shifts, BMI, length of service, working hours are the risk factors of prostatitis disease, water quantity, movement are the protecting factors of prostatitis disease (P<0.05).Gastroenteritis Shifts, length of service, working hours, drinking are the risk factors of gastroenteritis, diet quality, water quantity are the protecting factors of gastroenteritis (P<0.05).Cervical pain Shifts, part-time, length of service, smoking are the risk factors of cervical vertebra pain, level of education, the sleep time are the protecting factors of cervical vertebra pain (P<0.05).Fatty liver Shifts, BMI, length of service, working hours, smoking, drinking alcohol are the risk factors of fatty liver, level of education, sports are the protecting factor of fatty liver (P<0.05).Hypertension Shifts, BMI, length of service, working hours, part-time, smoking are the risk factors of hypertension, diet quality, water quantity are the protecting factors of hypertension (P<0.05).Common Influencing Factors The shifts and length of service is the common risk factors of WRD in the survey, working hours is the common risk factors in addition to the cervical vertebra pain (P<0.05).3 Quality of Life Evaluation Each dimension scores of taxi driver’s quality of life of were lower than the norm, and the result is statistically significant (P<0.05). The main factors are shift, age, level of education, income, length of service, working hours, sleep duration, prevalence, movements. Multiple step-wise regression analysis found that the taxi drivers who with the night shift, the longer working hours, the longer the length of service, with WRD and lack of movement get lower scores of quality of life.Conclusions1 Taxi drivers are given priority with middle-aged men in Jinan, day shift and night shift is relatively fixed, they are working long hours every day and less rest monthly.2 The prevalence of the WRD are higher, basically were the lower back pain, prostatitis, gastroenteritis, cervical pain, fatty liver, hypertension.3 The night shift, length of service and working hours are common risk factors for multiple WRD with taxi drivers.4 Each of the life quality dimension scores of the taxi driver are lower than the norm, the main influence factors are the shift, length of service, working hours, WRD, movements..
