ObjectiveUnderstand the condition of acknowledge on preoperative visit, postoperative visit and transport of operation nurses. Combining with present situations to find out its influencing factors, discover the weakness of nursing security in overall nursing,guide clinical nursing work and reduce the occurrence of medical disputes. MethodInvestigating 95 operation nurses in two general hospitals.Adopting questionnaires to investigate.Questionnaire includes four parts: the general situation, the operating room nurse preoperative visit, postoperative visit postoperative transshipment cognition. Data was analyzed by using the Statistics Package of Social Science(SPSS).All data were analyzed by the methods of descriptive statistic, χ2-test. Result1.There were significant difference between operating room nurses’ cognition of necessity on pre-operation visit and working time, professional title and degree(P<0.05).2.There were significant difference between operating room nurses’ cognition of responsibility on pre-operation visit and working time、degree(P<0.05), had no difference to professional title(P 0.05).3.There were significant difference between operating room nurses’ cognition of importance on pre-operation visit and working time, professional title(P<0.05), had no difference to degree(P>0.05).4.There were significant difference between operating room nurses’ cognition of the demand of patient on pre-operation visit and degree(P<0.05), had no difference to working time and professional title(P>0.05).5.There were significant difference between operating room nurses’ cognition of improving the nursing quality on pre-operation visit and degree(P<0.05), had no difference to working time and professional title(P>0.05).6.There were significant difference between operating room nurses’ cultivate demand on pre-operation visit related knowledge with nursing time and degree(P<0.05), had no difference to professional title(P>0.05).7.There were significant difference between operating room nurses’ cognition of attitudes on pre-operation visit and working time, professional title and degree(P<0.05).8.There were significant difference between operating room nurses’ cognition of necessity on post-operative follow-up and working time, professional title and degree(P <0.05).9.There were significant difference between operating room nurses’ cognition of responsibility on post-operative follow-up and nursing time and degree(P<0.05), had no difference to professional title( P>0.05).10.There were significant difference between operating room nurses’ cognition of importance on post-operative follow-up and working time、degree(P<0.05), had no difference to professional title(P>0.05).11.There were significant difference between operating room nurses’ cognition of the demand of patient on post-operative follow-up and working time, professional title, degree(P<0.05).12.There were significant difference between operating room nurses’ cognition of improving the nursing quality on post-operative follow-up and working time, degree(P <0.05), had no difference to professional title(P >0.05).13.There were significant difference between operating room nurses’ cognition of attitudes on post-operative follow-up and working time, professional title and degree(P<0.05).14.There were significant difference between operating room nurses’ cognition of whether can improve the success rate on the postoperative transport and cultivate of related knowledge and degree and professional title(P<0.05), had no difference to working time(P>0.05).15.There were significant difference between operating room nurses’ cognition of whether can strengthen rescue effect 、shortage of manpower and standardization the transport flow path on the postoperative transport and degree(P<0.05), had no difference to working time and professional title(P >0.05).16.There were significant difference between operating room nurses’ cognition of whether can reduce medical disputes and offer seamless care on the postoperative transport and working time(P <0.05), had no difference to degree and professional title(P >0.05).17.There were no significant difference between operating room nurses’ cognition of whether standardization of transport flow path can enhance department satisfaction、enhance nurse responsibility、specially-assigned person transport 、nursing direction and working time、degree and professional title(P >0.05).18.There were significant difference between operating room nurses’ cognition of whether can improve their professional skills、regular intervals analysis on potential safety hazard and working time, degree and professional title(P <0.05).19.There were no significant difference between operating room nurses’ cognition of whether to know related content of nursing safety and working time and degree(P >0.05),had no difference to and professional title(P >0.05). Conclusion1.Most of the operating room nurses can recognize the duties and are willing to do,the need for preoperative interview and the importance of the of a operating room nurse,think that preoperative interview is the need of patients and can improve the quality of nursing, and need to cultivate related knowledge,only a small number of people carried out the existence of errors preoperative interview.2.Most of the operating room nurses can recognize the duties and are willing to do,the need for postoperative interview and the importance of the of a operating room nurse, think that postoperative interview is the need of patients and can improve the quality of nursing.3.Most of the operating room nurses need to understand the care and safety-related content after transfer, standardization of transport flow path, specially-assigned person transport, only a small number of people ignore the safety of transport after work.
