BackgroundCardiovascular disease has become the main disease threatening human health and life. About 600,000 people die of heart disease in the United States every year. The annual cost of coronary heart disease reach $108.9 billion every year. According to China’s latest statistics, each year about 3.5 million people died of cardiovascular diseases, one in every five people in a death from cardiovascular disease. On average every ten seconds a Chinese citizen death from cardiovascular disease. Every year used for cardiovascular disease in our country medical costs as high as 130.1 billion yuan. So the cardiovascular disease caused heavy burden to patients’ families and the society.The mainly cause cardiovascular disease death is acute emergencies. Due to cardiovascular disease have sudden and transient and risk characteristics, the majority of patients lost valuable in early diagnosis treatment time lead to deterioration, and even death. More than 70% of deaths from cardiovascular disease happened in society or in the family. Although cardiovascular disease treatment technology continues to improve. But we can do nothing on acute cardiovascular disease events outside the hospital, which causing cardiovascular disease mortality and morbidity continues to rise. Physiology research confirmed that the electrical activity of the heart beating before the mechanical pulse that occurs when the heart beats its transaction electrophysiological activity has changed. If the early capture of these abnormal electrophysiological changes and can show up can be effective in preventing heart disease occurs. When the heart beats in move its electrophysiological activitie shave changed. If we can catch the early electrophysiological changes of these anomalies, we can effectively prevent heart attacks.Therefore, the ECG data information plays a very important role in the diagnosis of heart disease.At present commonly resting electrocardiogram recording time is short, it is difficult to found that patients with abnormal ECG data information, Dynamic electrocardiogram can record ecg data information for a long period of time, but it belongs to a retrospective analysis, not found abnormal ecg data information in time. Telephone transmission electrocardiogram can realize real-time monitoring of ECG, limited to fixed telephone lines it results in the decrease of its compliance.At present market and clinically widely used geocentric electric remote real-time monitoring system can at any time, anywhere convenient for real-time monitoring of the patient’s heart, can automatic alarm, automatic sending ECG, land the doctor can know early abnormal ECG, early intervention and prevention of the occurrence of acute cardiovascular events. Therefore it has good clinical significance. But the current ECG remote real-time monitoring equipment and systems is a lot of more phyletic. Many systems are not long-term clinical verification, especially verify its reliability and the accuracy of the alarm.ObjectivesThis study used RHMS heart remote mobile monitoring system for ecg monitoring of patients, and compared with normal resting electrocardiogram (ECG), dynamic electrocardiogram, compare their baseline, graphics, various waveform amplitude and time limit Compare the accuracy of the remote real-time monitoring ecg alarm at the same time, and the accuracy of arrhythmia data, analysis RHMS heart the reliability of the remote mobile monitoring system, and discusses the system warning process in arrhythmia.Methods1. Continuous selection of 60 cases (any age, any gender), electrocardiogram (ecg) or dynamic ecg examination of patients is required. Compared with normal electrocardiogram and dynamic electrocardiogram, the ECG from remote mobile monitor show no statistically significant interference on baseline drift, interference, graphics and etc.2. Compared with ECG collection from remote mobile monitor electrocardiogram and ECG from dynamic electrocardiogram at the same time comparisons, the waveform amplitude, time had no statistical difference.3. ECG remote mobile send electrocardiogram monitor and data analysis after 24 hours, compared with the dynamic ECG analysis each alarm events, especially arrhythmia alarm events had no statistical difference.Conclusions1. Remote mobile ECG monitor electrocardiogram’s reliability reached the requirements of clinical monitoring and diagnosis, suitable for clinical application.2. ECG remote mobile monitoring system alarm function accurately, can accurately transmit the ECG each alarm event.3. Build early-warning strategy and process of arrhythmia, can early detection of arrhythmia (especially ventricular arrhythmia) and other abnormal ECG change, early warning, timely notify, can reduce the incidence of acute cardiovascular events.
