With the accelerated pace of life and the aging of the population,the number of people suffering from myocardial ischemia,arrhythmia and many other cardiovascular diseases in my country is increasing,and it is showing a trend of younger age.Cardiovascular disease is a chronic disease with incidental and fatal characteristics,posing a great threat to people’s health.The long-term monitoring of dynamic electrocardiogram monitoring in daily life plays an important role in the early prevention,detection,diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.The traditional Holter monitor has a good ability to detect incidental heart disease,so it has been widely used.But,the current traditional Holter monitor has shortcomings such as the ECG signal which is easy to introduce motion artifact noise in complex environment and cause distortion,and the lack of remote real-time monitoring,which limits its clinical application.In view of the above shortcomings,this paper developed a 12-lead dynamic electrocardiogram remote monitorial system that can track and remove motion artifacts.This paper investigates the progress and shortcomings of the current ECG detection technology,and determines the scheme that uses the full-lead ECG signal,the electrode-tissue interface(ETI)impedance change signal and the acceleration signal as the detection signal.The basis of ECG and the generation mechanism of motion artifact are studied,and corresponding detection methods are adopted.On this basis,the software and hardware design of the system monitoring terminal is carried out.The system acquisition terminal mainly includes ECG acquisition circuit,ETI impedance change signal acquisition circuit,motion sensor module,MCU main control module,data wireless transmission module and Micro SD card storage module.The ECG uses the low-power ADS1298 chip dedicated to weak physiological signal acquisition to build the acquisition circuit,the ETI impedance change signal uses the low-power AD623 instrumentation amplifier to build the acquisition circuit,the wireless transmission module uses the low-power ESP32 wireless chip,and the motion sensor uses the low-power ICM42605 chip,the main control module uses the high-performance STM32F4 series chip,and through the embedded software design,the MCU main control,data acquisition and transmission of each module in the acquisition terminal,and the wireless communication program based on the ESP32 chip are completed.Developed and completed the construction of the system hardware platform.Completed the design of PC-side remote monitoring platform software and tested and verified the function of the system through experiments.This paper designs a dynamic ECG remote monitoring platform based on Labview,and realizes the functions of data transmission,data processing,real-time signal display and data storage with the acquisition terminal of the lower computer through WIFI wireless technology.Taking the ETI impedance change signal as the reference signal,an adaptive filter is used to remove the motion artifact noise and improve the quality of the ECG signal.Through experimental tests,the effectiveness of motion interference removal based on changes in electrode-tissue interface impedance was tested,and the accuracy of the system for measuring ECG signals and the feasibility of the entire scheme were verified.The dynamic ECG remote monitoring system designed in this paper improves the performance and real-time performance of traditional dynamic ECG monitors,and has certain practical significance for helping doctors and patients to detect and diagnose heart diseases in time,as well as reducing social medical costs.
