| Objectives The aim of this study is to investigate the association between the air pollutions and meteorological data during maternal pregnant and the risk of birth defects.Method General statistical description method to describe the atmospheric data and meteorological data of general situation in 2011-2013, found their the time trends. The analysis of monitoring data to describe the incidence of perinatal birth defects monitoring.Monitoring data source from 6 sentinel hospitals in liuan, monitored perinatal in hospitals in 2012~2013, including at 18 weeks for perinatal therapeutic induced labor.Air pollution data regarding liuan by environmental protection bureau to provide daily monitoring data; regarding liuan meteorological data from weather bureau provides daily monitoring data.Using Microsoft Excel software to perinatal raw data collected form the original database, and then incorporate the atmospheric data and meteorological data, form a complete database. The database import SPSS 16.0 software the data. The database after correction uses as the research and analysis with library. Respectively to describe the general data, and then doing multiple linear regression and linear correlation analysis, study of atmospheric pollutants and meteorological data and the correlation between birth defects occur. Results 1 Atmospheric pollutants SO2, NO2 and PM10 pollution index and average difference was statistically significant in 3 years, and presents the trend of rising year by year. The concentration of the atmospheric pollutants in the summer and fall in the winter and spring were high. General description of meteorological data, the 3 years difference does not make sense.2 Perinatal monitoring for 25451 cases, with 296 cases children with birth defects number, the incidence of birth defects was 11.63 per thousand. Birth defects was 10.49%o in 2012, and 12.76‰ in 2013,2 years the incidence of birth defects in difference was not statistically significant. Have a baby boy in children with birth defects,178 cases,110 cases of female gender unknown 8 cases, male incidence of birth defects was 13.52 per thousand, is greater than the incidence of birth defects, and the difference was statistically significant (χ2= 11.878,P=0.001).3 Birth defects of multi-factor analysis found that pregnancy period 3 months the influence factors of birth defects including PM10 and pollution index, pregnancy period 1 months and the influence factors of early pregnant 2 months is SO2.4 Single factor analysis of birth defects, NO2 and SO2 were pregnant 3 months period for 3 months and the early stages of pregnancy characteristics influence factors of birth defects happen. In pregnancy period of 2 months time, PM10 concentration and average temperature and average pressure also is one of the important factors influencing birth defects happen. In the early stages of pregnancy, PM10 concentration and average wind speed is the influence factors of birth defects occur. Conclusion Liuan environmental pollution degree had a tendency to rise in recent years Liuan boy was with a greater incidence of birth defects, and the total incidence of birth defects was higher in the city than the county town. Major meteorological factors that affected the birth defects happening were a month average temperature, average pressure and average wind speed; the main atmospheric pollutants affected birth defects happening ware SO2, NO2,PMio and API. |
