| Objective:To observe Wu Bei Ku Shen Xian Pi Decoction of the clinical curative effect, the preliminary discussion on Wu Bei Ku Shen Xian Pi Decoction mechanism for the treatment of acute and subacute eczema.Methods: Divided the first part of clinical research, will be up to the standard of cases in 100 cases of patients with acute, the treatment group used Wu Bei Ku Shen Xian Pi Decoction, after 2 courses of treatment to observe the comparison of two groups of clinical curative effect. The second part of the experimental study, 60 SD rats, establishing the model of rat â…£ type of allergy were randomly divided into five groups, respectively for Wu Bei Ku Shen Xian Pi Decoction of high, middle, low dose group,five times respectively by gastric sophora fresh soup,lavage executed after two weeks, and observed the rat skin condition; Skin biopsy check normal dyeing mononuclear and polymorphonuclear cells number index and rat serum IL- 2.Results: The treatment group cure 25 cases(50%), 2 l cases were markedly improved(42%), improvement in 3 cases(6%), invalid in 1 case(2%), the total effective rate was 98%; Control group cure lO cases(20%), 10 cases(20%) had marked effect, improvement in 16 cases(32%). On the cure rate and total effective rate in treatment group is significantly higher than the control group. And, no adverse reaction occurs during the process of treatment. Experiments show that: Wu Bei Ku Shen Xian Pi Decoction can had marked effect, improvement in 16 cases(32%), 14 cases(28%), the total effective rate was 72%. On the cure rate and total effective rate in treatment group is effectively inhibit â…£ type of allergy.Conclusion: Wu Bei Ku Shen Xian Pi Decoction can significantly improve patients with itchy skin, rash form the aspects of clinical symptoms, with advantages of high curative effect, low recurrence rate.Experimental study confirmed that five times bitter and fresh skin soup has good anti allergy and anti-inflammatory effect. |
