The Study On Clinical Effect And Impact Of CD₁₅₂ Level Of T-Cell Regulation Expression With Sang Shen San Xian Jiao In Chronic Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura

Objective:To observe the effects of CD₁₅₂ level of T-cell regulation surface expression in peripheral blood of Sang shen san xian jiao to patients with Chronic Idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(CITP) and study its mechanism,its clinical effect in treating Chronic Idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(CITP).Methods:30 CITP patients were given to Sang shen san xian jiao as a course of treatment for three months,then determine the efficacy after two courses of treatment and changes of CD₁₅₂ level of T-cell regulation surface expression before and after treatment in patients with CITP was measured by Flow Cytometry.Results:1.Total effective rate of treatment of Sang shen san xian jiao with CITP was 86.66%,matching t test of the differences of total clinical symptom score and platelet count results before and after treatment was made, and shows statistical significance(P <0.01).2.The expression levels of CD₁₅₂ in CITP patients group were significantly lower than the normal controlled group in peripheral blood,it increased after treatment,the matching t test of the differences of the results before and after treatment also shows statistically significant(P <0.01).Conclusions:1.Sang shen san xian jiao for the treatment of CITP are effective,the total effective rate was 86.66%.2.The experiments show that the level of CD₁₅₂ of CITP patients was lower than nomal people,which may lead to abnormal activation and proliferation of T lymphocytes,the abnormal activation of T lymphocytes stimulate B lymphocyte:proliferation,differentiation secretion of antibodies,leading to platelet destruction,which may be one of the mechanisms of the disease incidence.3.Sang shen san xian jiao may achieve the purpose of the treatment of CITP by regulateing CD₁₅₂ levels of patients with CITP,inhibiting abnormal activation and proliferation of T lymphocyte,and finally lead to reducement of antibody production.
