Imaging Study Of TF-Percutaneous Endoscopic Lumbar Discectomy For L5S1

Objective: The goal of this study was to explore the preoperative imaging evaluation on the ability to complete TF-peld for L5-s1 treatment of guiding significance.Methods:A total of 53 patients with radiculopathy due to L5-S1 disc herniation who were treated by TF-PElD were included in this study.we evaluate the X-ray:Anteroposterior radiographs:Distance a、A straight line b.Lateral radiographs:C point、A straight line d、e point、A straight line g、k point、The height of the intervertebral foramen H。Results:The size of a is in 0.23-0.88cm、E located in the lateral K is 40 cases、E located in the inside K is 13 cases、The height of the intervertebral foramen H is 16.3±2.3cm 。 Conclusions:The measured indexes can effectively guide to make TF-peld for L5S1.
