Objective: To study the value of 3.0T MR quantitative assessment analysis in the diagnosis of lung cancer,in order to provide more evidence for the early diagnosis of lung cancer clinical. Methods : 20 lung cancer patients underwent MR plain scanning and dynamic contrast-enhanced scanning. The quantitative parameters(Ktrans,Kep,Ve and iAUC) of the lesions and chest wall muscle were acquired. The quantitative parameters values were calculated and correlated with the histological subtypes. The optimal parameters values of squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma were determined. Results: The value of quantitative parameters between squamous cell carcinoma, adenocarcinoma and chest wall had significant difference. Ktrans,Kep and iAUC between squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma had significant difference, and the value of Ve between the squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma had no significant difference.Ktrans was more meaningful in the differentiation of squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma. The critical value of quantitative parameters to differential diagnosis squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma was Ktrans(0.134),Kep(0,361),i AUC(22.409). The sensitivity and specificity of Ktrans was 76.9% and 100%.Conclusions: The quantitative analysis is valuable in the early diagnosis of lung cancer. It can also provide reference value in the differentiation of squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma.
