| ObjectiveTo compare the pregnancy outcome of pregnant women with recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA) and prethrombotic stateusing aspirin combinating low-molecular-weight heparin or aspirin alone, and observe the clinical therapeutic effect.MethodsThe data of 125 pregnant women with RSA and prethrombotic state in Second Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University from September 2012 to July 2014 were retrospectively analysed. Patients were randomly assigned in two groups,62 cases were received aspirin alone, and 63 cases were received a combination of aspirin and LMWH(low-molecular-weight heparin). Rates of live births, obstetric complications, delivery and neonatal outcomes were recorded prospectively.ResultsCompared with the group who received aspirin alone, the combination group had a significantly higher number of live births(85.71%vs. 70.97%, P<0.05),and improve the pregnancy outcome. The late obstetric complications of the patients who treated with aspirin alone were higher than the combination group(35.48%vs.19.05%, P<0.05).ConclusionsThe combination of aspirin and LWMH can significantly improve the live births rate, and improve the pregnancy outcome of pregnant women with recurrent spontaneous abortion and prethrombotic state, and reduce the incidence of obstetric complications. |
