| Objective:To compare the efficacy of Low Molecular Weight Heparin with unfractionated heparin in the management of pregnant women with recurrent abortion with antiphospholipid antibody by systematic meta-analysis.Methods:We searched MEDLINE, Embase, CBM and CNKI (from inception to November,2014). We screened the studies according to the inclusion and excursion criteria.we evaluated the quality of the included studies and extracted the data from the studies. Statistic analysis was performed by RevMan 5.1 software. Results:Three randomized controlled studies were included in our study. Meta-analyses of studies showed, fetal live-birth rate was not difference between the low molecular heparin group and unfractionate heparin [OR=1.61,95%CI (0.71,3.64), P=0.25].The risk of miscarriage was not significant difference between the low molecular heparin group and unfractionate heparin [OR=0.62,95%CI (0.27,1.40), P=0.25].The risk of complications among pregnancies was not significant difference between the low molecular heparin group and unfractionate heparin. Conclusion:The results of the present study indicate that the efficacy of Low Molecular Weight Heparin in the management of women with recurrent spontaneous abortion with antiphospholipid antibody were equivalent to those of unfractionated heparin. |
