Objective:Indications and explore the feasibility, safety and clinical efficacy o f laparoscopic liver resection. Methods:Choose from July 2013 to July 2014 liver function Child-Pugh grade B or higher and the edge of the lesion in the liver, he patic surface and left liver of patients with 45 cases, in which under 22 underwent laparoscopic partial hepatectomy (laparoscopic group) and the other 23 cases the t raditional open partial hepatectomy were compared incision length, duration of surg ery, blood loss, postoperative complications, postoperative hospital stay, hospital cos ts, and after a total year recurrence rate. Results:Laparoscopic group and open gr oup incision length of hospital stay and postoperative differences were statistically significant, and in the duration of surgery, blood loss, and total cost of hospitalizat ion after a year recurrence rate difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05), the two groups were no severe complications. Conclusion:Located on the edge of the liver, liver surface of the left lateral lobe of the liver and liver mass, laparosc opic partial hepatectomy is feasible, safe, and traditional open partial hepatectomy compared with less trauma, quicker recovery, and other advantages, with the develo pment of laparoscopic techniques, laparoscopic hepatectomy indications areexpandin g.
